The Dreamliner starts servicing Hyderabad, while flights increase between London and Toronto.

British Airways has begun operating its latest Dreamliner aircraft to Hyderabad in India.

Regional commercial manager for South Asia, Christopher Fordyce, says: “Our customers flying to Hyderabad can now take advantage of new levels of comfort and reduced jet lag thanks to improvements in air quality, mood lighting, and quieter cabins, all features of the new 787. We welcome you all and do hope you enjoy the experience.”

The airline is also increasing its flights between London Heathrow and Toronto from June 1 2014. Additional flights on Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays bring the total flights to the city to 19 per week.

The new services will be operated by a Boeing 747, offering First class, Club World business class, World Traveller Plus premium economy and World Traveller, the airline’s economy class.

Customers can also choose to fly on British Airways’ new Boeing 787 Dreamliner, which comes into Toronto every day.  From July, this state-of-the-art aircraft will also start servicing Calgary. Customers in both cities will benefit from quieter cabins, improved air quality and ambient lighting to improve their overall wellbeing throughout the journey. The cabins feature stylish new interiors with extensive entertainment options.
