British Airways’ Elemis travel spa gets a makeover.
British Airways and Elemis have unveiled a new set of complimentary spa treatments at Terminal 5 and New York JFK for both male and female customers.
In addition to the popular menu of massage treatments, the travel spa – which provides a complimentary 15-minute service for First and Club World customers or Gold card Members flying long haul – now offers a range of specialist grooming treatments to rejuvenate customers during their journey, from a First Class Power Shave developed by shaving guru Richard Anthony to a Jet Lag Eye Reviver.
The Elemis experience continues in-flight with a new amenity bag for Club World customers. The drawstring bags (one for men and one for women) are designed to double up as a shoe or lingerie and underwear bag, and include Elemis products to refresh, revive and rehydrate.
Kate Thornton, head of product and service said: “Our goal as an airline is always to make flying as relaxing and pleasurable as possible.”
