A new accessory launches as a classic British brand shows its contemporary side
Liberty London has created a luxury new washbag range for British Airways First class customers. The sleek accessory has a unique contemporary look, based on prints from Liberty London’s vast textiles archive.
The new bags have already made their debut on the A380 route between London and Los Angeles, and will start appearing on other worldwide long-haul services in the coming months. Throughout the year further print designs will also be added to the range, giving First customers the opportunity to enjoy and collect.
The women’s washbag (pictured right) features ‘Christelle’ an eye-catching oriental inspired floral print, and comes complete with a convenient wristlet. The men’s (pictured left) features a black embossed textured exterior, with ‘Felix Raison’ paisley motif printed lining. Both prints were carefully chosen to reflect British Airways’ own colour scheme and contain a range of skincare and well-being products provided by Aromatherapy Associates.
Liberty established itself as one of London’s most fashionable stores after opening in 1875. Liberty London then transformed that heritage into a successful and sought after contemporary fashion brand for the 21st century.
